Help us to Keep the Show on the Road!
We are pleased to welcome the return of live performance without social distancing in place but want to assure you that we take our responsibility to help limit the risk of infection seriously.
Your safety, and that of our team, remains our priority – so we are implementing a range of measures and requirements that will continue to help keep us all, and our families, safe.
The following measures and requirements will be in place for all our shows and concerts for the time being. These measures will be reviewed monthly but may be updated at short notice as required.
If you have tickets to see a show with us, we will also email you with details of the measures and requirements that will be in place when you attend.
NHS Covid Pass – all attendees will need to show either:
Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Device (LFD) demonstrated via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace or via the NHS App. The test must be taken within the 48 hours preceding entering the event. This will be necessary for anyone aged 18 years and older.
Proof of full vaccination – both doses received at least 14 days prior to the event demonstrated via the NHS Covid Pass.
Proof of natural immunity based on a positive PCR test within the last 180 days of the event (and not in the last 10 days).
More details and links to get your NHS Covid Pass can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/
Please have your certificates etc downloaded/saved as a screen shot ready to be checked on your device on arrival.
The following measures will also remain in place:
- Face Coverings – you will be strongly encouraged to wear a face covering at all times whilst in the venue, unless you are exempt from wearing one (please inform a member of our team on arrival). You may remove your face covering to eat or drink.
- Track & Trace – we will display track and trace QR posters for you to check in.
- Enhanced Sanitisation & Cleaning – we will carry out enhanced cleaning procedures and ask that you sanitise your hands on entry and regularly throughout your visit at the sanitisation points provided.
Whilst we know that many of you can’t wait to be enjoying shows on our stage once more, we also know that some might be feeling a bit more apprehensive, so we ask everyone to please be kind, be thoughtful and consider the person sitting or standing next to you and our team.
Our Box Office is open for counter service!
Our in-person Box Office service at the venue for sales and collections is available Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
When you enter the Box Office you will be strongly encouraged to wear a face covering (unless you are exempt), sanitise your hands and scan the QR code to register for Track & Trace.

We are Good to Go! We have successfully met the Industry Standard Mark of Visit Britain and See it Safely mark of UK Theatre which demonstrates that we are adhering to Government and Public Health guidance, have carried out all necessary risk assessments and that we have the required processes in place.
“I recently attended Jimmy Carr following 9 months of lockdown and being the opening show following Government covid-19 social distancing guidelines. It was very well organised, track and trace was noted with temperatures taken, masks worn and hand sanitiser provided. Seats were distanced with staff very friendly, professional and approachable. I pre-ordered on the app so had my drink ready for when I entered. I had a great night and did not feel concerned for the current situation and look forward to attending again”.
Customer Review, Trustpilot
“I had the absolute pleasure and honour to attend the Los Pacaminos concert you hosted yesterday evening. I must congratulate and commend all the staff and management who participated. The procedures put in place to protect the patrons and the staff were exemplary. All their planning and the efficient way in which they were carried out made me feel very comfortable and safe. The concert itself, albeit limited in numbers, was a huge success. A terrific reintroduction into live events. You are all to be congratulated, and thank you all very much”
