Start Time: 7pm

Rapper, singer, songwriter Rosca Onya exploded onto the scene with ‘’Jack’’; a song dedicated to the memory of his friend and mentor Jack Merritt (a former Cambridge student, who passed away at the London Bridge terror attack). “Jack” gained national news attention and radio plays on BBC Radio 1, BBC London and, BBC 1xtra. The rapper appeared on Sky News, Good Morning Britain and, BBC News to speak about his heartfelt lyrics. Rosca has opened Vald and Dadju’s shows at the 02, performed with Dave, and recently played his first festival, Campbestival. Rosca’s shows immerse the audience in Roscaswrld.

Taking inspiration from his own childhood in the Congo DRC where he was born, from the refugee camps he spent time in as a child across the west coast of Africa, to the streets of south east London where he was raised, Rosca documents the injustice he sees in society in his music. His politically energised lyrics are as important as they are entertaining.
