Exciting line-up for Kids Arena is revealed
The Guildhall Trust is delighted to be the official sponsor of the Kids Stage at Victorious Festival this summer! Following a tough year for the music and event industries it is fantastic to be able to work together to get back to doing what we all love and see people enjoy live entertainment once more.
We are also excited to announce that The Urban Vocal Group will be returning to perform on the Seaside Stage on the Sunday of Victorious Festival – an amazing opportunity for all the young performers involved with the multi-award winning singing group who are now a part of the Trust.
Portsmouth Guildhall has a great family-friendly programme of shows coming to the Main Auditorium and Guildhall Studio this Autumn including The Smeds and The Smoos, The Magical Music of Harry Potter Live in Concert and our first pantomime in the Guildhall Studio, Sleeping Beauty!
Victorious Festival Reveals Kids Arena Line-Up!
Live performances from Andy & The Odd Socks and Maddie Moate plus loads of fun activities from Jedi Training to meet and greets with your favourite kids characters.
Victorious Festival (27th – 29th August 2021) – the UK’s largest Metropolitan Festival has today announced an impressive line-up of exciting and fun-filled family entertainment.
Best known for the educational Do You Know? series, Cbeebies star Maddie Moate will take to the stage on Saturday. While, hugely popular Andy & The Odd Socks is guaranteed to be a hit on Sunday with a raucous live show. The entertainment doesn’t stop there with a Sunday appearance from PAW Patrol’s heroic pups Chase & Skye and CBeebies Hey Duggee appearing across the weekend. Looking for something a bit more relaxed? Story time sessions will be hosted across the weekend including the tale of everyones favourite beast, The Gruffalo on Saturday.
Alongside the Kids Stage, sponsored by The Guildhall Trust, the Kids Arena will host tons of activities and entertainment including glow up yoga, appearances from princesses and popkids. Catch the best performances in town and give kids the chance to learn skills including plate spinning and juggling at the festival’s very own Circus. Specialist Jedi training sessions will also take place across the weekend. While, Southsea Skatepark Mini Wheelers will be on hand to teach little ones the skating basics.
A mini-festival in its own right, The Kids Arena is filled with family-friendly activities including face painting, arts and crafts, karaoke, and roaming performers. With all attractions in the Kids Arena free and kids entry prices to the festival from £1, Victorious proves yet again why it has been shortlisted in the UK Festival Awards for Best Family Festival year after year.
Held in the stunning seaside location of Southsea overlooking the Solent, Victorious Festival is the ultimate family-friendly experience.
Attendees can expect the biggest and best acts in the music industry along with local food and drink stalls, clothes and craft stalls, the Kids Arena and a whole load of family fun!
With Friday tickets available from £35, Saturday and Sunday at £45 and weekend tickets from £120, Victorious Festival continues to be one of the best value festivals in the UK.
All activities in the Kids Arena are entirely free. Victorious is one of the best value family-friendly music festival experiences in the UK, with prices for children ages 5-12 at £8 a day and £1 for under 5’s.
