We will be back again (again)
Following the latest Government announcement, it is with a heavy heart that we must once again close our doors from this Thursday 5th November.
Our LOL Comedy Club ‘Stars off the Telly’ night planned for later this month has been moved and we are working with the promoters of Scotland’s international comedy star, Daniel Sloss and Portsmouth Film Society to confirm new dates for these socially-distanced events to go ahead. Ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible.
Our in-person service at our Box Office will remain closed until 3rd December but you can of course continue to buy tickets online and any ticketing enquiries can be directed to our team who will be working remotely at boxoffice@portsmouthguildhall.org.uk
Portsmouth Guildhall is ‘Good to Go’ with an extensive range of Covid Safety measures in place (check them out here) and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as guidance allows!

We all need something to look forward to and we have a fantastic range of music, comedy, dance and family events coming in 2021 and 2022 for you to choose from.
Support Your Venue and Support Local
The big corporates are doing OK! When thinking of what to buy your loved ones for Christmas this year, why not get them tickets for a show, maybe add hospitality or perhaps give them the gift of priority booking with a Guildhall Membership? Keep your pound local and where it is needed most!
Make a Donation – if you can
We know that times are tough for everyone, so we really appreciate every penny that is donated to our Charitable Trust right now.
We also want to support the amazing work of our NHS so we are re-opening our ‘Gift a Ticket’ scheme, where for every £30 that is donated we will gift a ticket for a future show to a key worker.
