Produced by Guildhall Studio and LMSUKmedia, experience the best of emerging talent Portsmouth has to offer and a day of family-friendly fun in this brand-new, one-day festival on the Guildhall steps.
Gates for the evening session open at 5pm, which welcomes three of the best bands tipped as shining lights of the music industry and three acoustic artists who have played the majority of music venues across the South.
Headline act Purple Smoke, with their distinct and recognisable sound and changeable set have had many plays on BBC Introducing over the last twelve months and high energy co-headline act, Toreador, a great three-piece act with a similar sound to Royal Blood, are not to be missed.
Support comes in the form of force to be reckoned with Our Propaganda who have recently completed their debut album and one of the best solo acts around, Charlie Forbes. Ultra-talented Southsea singer, James Laurence, brings a mix of originals and indie favourite covers and opening the night is 14-year old Tyler Collins, who is tipped to become one of the big names of the future.
Relax and enjoy a chilled out evening with some of the best musical talent on the city’s doorstep on the steps of the Guildhall with tickets priced at just £6.
The evening session is programmed by Josh Robinson of LMSUKmedia, who is working with Guildhall Studio as a Music Promoter to bring fresh, contemporary music to the city’s newest music venue with Beats of The Streets nights set to become a regular feature in the Guildhall Studio programme.
