Wednesday 30th January 2019: For School Years 9-13
Join us for our 5th Creative Choices Day at Portsmouth Guildhall for a day of hands-on, practical workshops where students can learn about careers in the Creative Industries.
Through a range of areas that may include Lighting, Sound, Front of House Management, Marketing, Directing and Stage Management, students will be able to speak directly to experts in the industry, who will share their experiences of entry routes and career paths, and be able to try out roles for themselves.
Suitable for young people studying Music, Drama, Technical, Dance, Performing Arts or are interested in the Creative Industries, the day begins with a tour of the Guildhall and ends with a talk from the Creative & Cultural Skills Council.
