The Main Auditorium is perfect for large-scale events, and can be dressed to fit anything from an intimate dinner to a large exhibition. Situated on the ground floor, the room offers a wow factor, with its own stage, draping and curtains.

This elegant and newly-refurbished space is the perfect room for small meetings and interviews. Adjacent to the Portsmouth Room, the decor is reflected and continues the bright and sophisticated theme.

Adjacent to the Zodiac Gallery, the Freda Swain Lounge is a fantastic space to hold your meeting or event. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, there is plenty of natural light and stunning views across the Guildhall Square.

The all original features and quirky décor of the Harlequin provides quite the impact on arrival. The bright and airy space can seat up to 120 for a variety of conference settings and even boasts its own private bar. Located on the Ground Floor, the Harlequin is situated next to a break-out space as well as a conveniently placed café.

Zodiac Gallery (20 - 120 people)

The artwork that surrounds the walls of the Zodiac Gallery remains the largest acid stained glass mural in the world, and among the most important in existence.

Meeting Room 1 (8 - 40 capacity)

Situated on the third floor of Portsmouth Guildhall, this meeting room includes a screen and projector and offers lots of natural daylight. With high ceilings, this bright, spacious and airy room is a great space for meetings.

Meeting Room 2 (5 - 30 capacity)

Adjoining Meeting Room 1 on the third floor, this smaller meeting room also includes a screen and projector. Bright and airy, Meeting Room 2 is the perfect space for a more intimate meeting.
