Tickets for the community

‘Tickets for the community’ is a scheme designed to increase music engagement opportunities for socially and economically disadvantaged communities, living within the PO postcode area, who would not usually get the opportunity to attend live music events.

We will be working through community groups, voluntary organisations, employers and partners across Portsmouth to offer free, or heavily subsidised, tickets to a range of orchestral, rock, pop and contemporary music events here at the Guildhall.

We will make available up to 100 tickets for certain shows throughout the year. Tickets will be allocated through a ballot system, once shows have been identified. Organised community groups are invited to apply for the scheme and will then be contacted once shows are available. To register, a senior director/manager should complete this application form.

Please return your completed form, either via email to or send to Box Office, Portsmouth Guildhall, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, PO1 2AB, by Monday 31st July.
