Fees

All tickets on sale include a booking fee and restoration levy.

Booking fees contribute to our ticket retail, payment, distribution and technology expenses. Our booking fees are calculated as 12% of the ticket value for commercial events and 10% for community events. The booking fee is the same regardless of payment method. Our charges are in line with most other independent venues. We don’t make a profit from fees, we are a registered charity and not for profit organisation.

A £1 per ticket restoration levy is also charged which helps us to invest in maintaining and enhancing the facilities within our historic Grade II listed building. This ensures that we continue to deliver the highest quality experience for our customers, artists and promoters.
